Return Policy

Purchaser understands, warrants and expressly agrees to the following:

A. Cancellation of an Order: We can only cancel an order that has not been prepared for shipment.

B. ALL Sale Items and Paintings Sold Below the price listed for sale on GaylePrintz.com (hereinafter referred to as “List Price”) are Final Sale.

C. TERMS OF RETURN: To return a Painting purchased at List Price, Purchaser must be in strict compliance with ALL instructions listed in the Terms of Return contained herein. Purchaser accepts, warrants, and agrees that Purchases are made with the full knowledge that each instruction listed in the Terms of Return is material to full compliance with Our Return Policy and that, unless ALL Terms of Return are followed, the purchase of all original art sold at List Price is a final sale and cannot be returned. Purchaser has 14 Days to Return a Painting purchased at List Price for Gallery Credit, Provided However that every step of the following return protocol (Terms of Return) is followed by Purchaser:

1. NOTICE REQUIRED: Within 72 hours of receiving Your List Price Painting, Purchaser must email Sales@GaylePrintz.com notifying Us to expect the return. Purchaser accepts and agrees that if We do not receive written notice from Purchaser within 72 Hours of Delivery, the Sale is Final.

2. PACKAGING: Returns must be packaged according to the following Terms of Return:

• (I) The Painting will first be completely wrapped in glassine paper.
• (II) Corner Protectors will be placed over the glassine paper at each corner.
• (III) The glassine-wrapped painting will then be wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap, with the flat sides of the bubble wrap against the painting.
• (IV) The wrapped painting must then be secured between two foam boards.
• (V) Place your protected painting into a box or crate ensuring no movement is possible.
• (VI) Place all original paperwork, including all Certificates of Authenticity, between the box and foam board.
• (VII) Use Heavy duty packing tape to encase the packing container and ensure the box is completely free of all openings.
• (VIII) Purchaser shall prepay all packing fees, shipping fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, insurance in the amount of the purchase price, and other fees incident to the paintings’ safe return.
• (IX) Shipment must be arranged to be delivered Monday through Friday during business hours to the address provided to the Purchaser. Purchaser will immediately inform Us of the Tracking Number via email to Sales@GaylePrintz.com.
• (X) In order to qualify for a Gallery Credit, returns must be received by Us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of delivery to Purchaser. Any Unapproved Delay is Considered a Breach of Our Return Policy and Will Preclude the issuance of a Gallery Credit.
• (XI) Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that We must receive and inspect the return prior to issuing a Gallery Credit.

3. Upon Receiving Purchaser’s Return and verifying the Painting is in the same condition it was when it departed the Gallery, We will issue a Gallery Credit to Purchaser in the amount of the purchase price of the painting minus all original shipping, handling, delivery fees and out-of-pocket costs incurred by Us on your behalf.

4. Purchaser understands and agrees that We cannot reimburse any fees incurred by Purchaser associated with the initial delivery to Purchaser and/or the subsequent return of the Painting(s) to Us, including but not limited to the following: shipping and handling costs, insurance costs, tariffs, VAT, Customs, Duties, and the like. Therefore, if Purchaser has not prepaid all such fees for the painting(s) returned, the costs of such fees will be deducted from the Gallery Credit issued to Purchaser. That is, We will deduct from Your Gallery Credit the amount of all out-of-pocket costs We incur on Your behalf.

5. The Gallery Credit may only be used against purchase price of future Painting(s).

6. The Gallery Credit is non-transferable.

7. Purchaser expressly understands and agrees that We cannot reimburse original or return shipping costs.

8. Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser has no right to a Gallery Credit or exchange if, upon receipt by Us, the Painting(s) is not in its original condition or shows any sign of use, alteration, or damage. This determination, made in the sole discretion of the Seller, is final.
